Paul mas vermentino

Nose: light, elegant and fresh, with hints of clementine and kiwi.
Palate: fresh, soft, superb minerality, flavours from the nose found on the palate (clementine).
Food and wine pairing: ideal served at 9/10°C with a citrus carpaccio vinaigrette of scallops, seafood salads, goat's cheese or oysters.
